Description

Get drowned in the river of red wine. This maroon color pure silk cotton saree with zari is a must-have piece for a lovely lady as a partywear. Silk yarn is used in warp and cotton yarn in weft with the skills of weavers to bring out this opulent piece of beauty. The centre part of this beauty is engraved with the lotus buds motifs by using jacquard weaving technique. These motifs are made in three colors: Red, Turquoise and Gold Zari. The saree has golden zari border and solid red color anchal.

Punched cards are used to pattern the warps and wefts in order to carve the design on the fabric. This weaving technique is known as jacquard.

The saree comes with a width of 44 inches and length of approx 5.5 meters and additional blouse piece of approx.  0.75 meter. The weight of saree is around 400 grams.
